Many ask about the name of our company…is it a love story? YES, and…we married our two companies when we gave birth to our daughter in 2002. Merging ARB Construction + A Castle Painting = He Saw Her Paint. For the last 22 years we have been a painting business; in the spring of 2024, we have transitioned to solely an interior painting company.

He Saw
Nearing retirement, Roger has laid down his saw and picked up a brush. He has a small spray-booth in his shop that is set up to paint kitchen cabinets, interior doors, bookshelves and trim elements.
Her Paint
Color Selection-
There are several approaches to helping a customer choose the right color. Abby is a big fan of painting large color samples directly onto the wall so that you can experience what it feels like to live with the color from morning to night-time light. If a color is not quite right, Abby can often times use the universal tints to adjust the color of a paint.
There is a language to color:
Hue- Which general color you choose.
Value – How dark or light the color should be.
Saturation - How bright (raw) or muted a color might be.
Not only are there the three attributes above that change how a color looks. There is consideration of all other objects in the room that relate to this color. Everything has a color. Balance of warms and cools, darks and lights need to be considered when adding color to a room.
Our Impact
The space around us is very important. We understand that your home is your refuge. We also understand in a broader sense that as you expand that concept of home we are in a relationship with each other bigger than neighborhood, county, state, and country. Furthermore, we are all citizens of the world and are responsible for caring for each other and the planet we live on.
